What online mixing is
Online mixing is the same process as an in-person mix, but done remotely. Mixing is balancing every element —vocals, drums, bass, instruments— so everything is heard clearly and the whole sounds cohesive.
It's technique and art in equal measure: decisions on volume, EQ, dynamics and spatiality that shape your song.
